Why should I join/create an account?
While you can check out as a guest, by creating an account you will get the perks of being an Aeroflex
insider. As a registered user, you will be able to save your favorite products and build a wishlist,
save your billing and shipping info for future purchases, and receive emails with FYIs on all the fun
stuff: exclusive sales, new arrivals, invites to exclusive events, fresh content, and more…
How do I set up my account?
Just go to Afx.co and click on the
Join
link at the top right. It only
takes a few seconds to register. Your information is safe with us, we take your privacy very seriously.
What do I do if I forgot my password?
Just click on the “forgot my password” link on the
Login page
and we will provide you with instructions to change your password.
Is it safe to shop on here?
We have tons of technical encryption things in place so that
your payment is secure and your details remain private. We use the Comodo SSL security certificate
protocol. This certificate guarantees that all your personal data is safe.
Is shipping free?
Shipping is on us for orders above $99,900 (COP). Anything under that you’ll need to shell out that
extra cash.
How can I pay?
We accept most major credit cards. You can also pay with debit cards through PSE, and with cash using
Efecty or in Baloto outlets nationwide (in Colombia).
I want to buy something on your site, but I have no credit or debit card. What do I do?
You can pay using Efecty or in Baloto outlets nationwide. At the time
of purchase simply choose the Efecty or Baloto method of payment and we’ll walk you through the rest.
What do I do if a size is not available?
Check back in a few days, we are constantly restocking. You can also send us an email
to sac@afx.co, and we’ll keep on the lookout for your product
and let you know when it’s in stock.
I’m getting an error when trying to place my order, help!
Check you've filled all the details out properly including your name, address
and payment info or email us at sac@afx.co and
we'll see if we can track down the problem.
I didn’t get a confirmation email when I made a purchase. What should I do?
Sometimes our emails go straight to your junk mail folder. If it’s not there,
chances are the order didn’t go through, so send us an email at
sac@afx.co or chat with us online, and
we’ll investigate.
When will I receive my order?
We ship orders on Mondays - Fridays, during office hours only, and we don't
operate on public holidays. Order usually arrive within 7 to 10 business days.
How can I track my order?
If you checked out as a guest and would like to track your order, click
here . If you’re a registered
user, simply log into your Aeroflex account, visit your account page, and click on Order History.
You will be able to see the tracking number for your order and click through to track its status.
I got my product but it doesn’t fit. Can I return it?
Yes. The only caveat is we only promise free shipping one way, and that way is to you. If you want
to return it, the product must be in exactly the same condition you got it (brand new), and you will
receive a full credit for your purchase once we get it and check it out. Just contact
sac@afx.co
and we’ll get the ball rolling.
I received a faulty item, what do I do?
The best thing to do is email us
at sac@afx.co with pictures of the issue. If the product
is in perfect condition and unused,
we will cover the return shipping and provide a refund, but if is already used, we will repair
it or replace it depending on the defect.
Who ships my order?
Servientrega is our official shipping partner. As soon as your order ships, we’ll provide you
with a tracking number. If you want to ship internationally, we’ll figure out the best company
and method to your location.
It’s been 10 business days since I placed my order, and I still don’t have it. Where is it?
Try tracking it with Servientrega, but if you can’t, email
us at sac@afx.co and we’ll investigate.
Do you ship internationally?
We’re currently only set up to ship to Colombia, but we will be introducing international shipping
soon. If you can’t handle the wait, email us at
sac@afx.co and we’ll work our magic to deliver
our products to your corner of the world.
